Epid .: Mainly in children with atopic dermatitis.

Lok .: The pads of the fingers and toes.

Clinical: Erythema, drying out, exfoliation and cracking of the fingertips and toes, in addition, shallow fingerprints are observed. The lesions may also be accompanied by onychodystrophy and secondary bacterial paronychia.

DR: Infections caused by dermatophytes.
