Khachapuri with cottage cheese and Adyghe cheese in Adjarian style

Remove the finished dough from the refrigerator and roll out on a board sprinkled with flour. Cut the slab into squares. Place a portion of the filling in the center of each and pinch the edges, giving the products a boat-like shape. The central part must be open. Spread the khachapuri on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Place the items in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown. Put the finished khachapuri on warmed up plates and serve, garnished with fresh herbs.

Khachapuri with potatoes and feta cheese

Try another version of khachapuri with a potato filling. Use ready-made puff pastry – with it, the preparation of khachapuri will take very little time. Ready-made products can be served for breakfast or family dinner.

You will need: – packaging of ready-made puff, yeast-free dough; – 100 g feta cheese; – 300 g of potatoes; – 1 egg; – salt.

Rinse the potatoes, peel and boil in salted water. Mash the mashed potatoes. Grate feta cheese on a fine grater and mix with potatoes. Salt as needed.

Roll the finished puff pastry into a cake. Place the filling in the center and pinch the edges, giving the product the shape of a large cheesecake. Grease a frying pan with butter, lay out the khachapuri and brush the surface with a beaten egg.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake khachapuri for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
