A leader is not a position, but a psychology, a way of life and a way of thinking.

As a psychological type, the leader on the Business Responsibility Line is higher than the Performer, Specialist and Responsible Employee

Leader:

  • Always thinks about the desired result ahead (directed to the future, and does not understand the past).
  • He always gives orders, even to employees, even to colleagues, even to the boss. He doesn’t explain, he guides! Gives instructions.

Head and emotions

Emotions are one of the resources of a leader. A leader cannot have “empty”, involuntary emotions, his emotions are a means of influencing others. The leader does not react, but influences, choosing those emotions that will give the best result. See Manipulator

The specialist again answers correctly, but what the manager should do with it — he does not say. The correct reaction of a specialist (a specialist with a managerial psychology) is as follows:
