The Freedom Institute opens a Center for legal and psychological assistance to citizens of Ukraine. The Help Ukraine portal www.helpukraine.com.pl has been launched. The portal also launched phone support. Citizens of Ukraine who have found themselves in Poland will be able to receive legal, administrative and psychological assistance.
