In connection with Our Country’s invasion of Ukraine, Polish centers offer psychological help to Ukrainians. It is free and can be obtained by phone. Psychological consultations in Ukrainian are also possible. Below is a list of places where you can get help and support during this difficult time.

The Freedom Institute opens a Center for Legal and Psychological Assistance for Ukrainian Citizens. The Help Ukraine portal is launched www.helpukraine.com.pl. The portal also launched telephone support. Ukrainian citizens who ended up in Poland will be able to obtain legal, administrative and psychological assistance. Anyone can call the number 22 290 43 86 (a Ukrainian speaking advisor will answer the phone) or describe your problem using the form on the website and make an appointment.
