In connection with Our Country’s invasion of Ukraine, Polish centers offer psychological help to Ukrainians. It is free and can be obtained by phone. Psychological consultations in Ukrainian are also possible. Below is a list of places where you can get help and support during this difficult time.

  1. 669 981 038 – free emergency phone of the Polish Migration Forum in Ukrainian and (the telephone works on Mondays from 16 to 20, Wednesdays from 10 to 14 and on Fridays from 14 to 18)
  2. 22 566 22 27 – free telephone support of the Damian Medical Center in Ukrainian (open from 8 am to 20 pm, seven days a week)
  3. 12 421 92 82 – free 8-hour number of the Crisis Intervention Center in Krakow. It is also possible to help on the spot, at ul. Radziwiłłowska XNUMXb. Online help is also available after prior telephone contact

Psychological assistance can also be obtained through the Helping Hand psychological support platform at +48 698 188 305. Duty hours in Ukrainian:

  2. March 3 (Thursday), from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and from 19.00 p.m. to 20.00 p.m.

The Freedom Institute opens a Center for Legal and Psychological Assistance for Ukrainian Citizens. The Help Ukraine portal is launched www.helpukraine.com.pl. The portal also launched telephone support. Ukrainian citizens who ended up in Poland will be able to obtain legal, administrative and psychological assistance. Anyone can call the number 22 290 43 86 (a Ukrainian speaking advisor will answer the phone) or describe your problem using the form on the website and make an appointment.
