Protein and phytotherapy – drugs against Lyme disease – Dietetics – Articles |

Wandering tick, wandering state inflammatory

Tick usually attaches to hidden or hairy parts of the body, such as the head, armpits, genitals, buttocks, or bends of large joints, such as under the knees. FROM therefore, as we probably know, it is difficult to spot before it starts feeding our blood, so tasty for him. When the tick bites, at the site of the bite inflammation develops, erythema appears. Often a symptom of a serious illness tick-borne is the so-called wandering erythema, i.e. appearing every move, is v a different, but not distant from the previous, place on the body.

The main ones the goals of nutritional support in Lyme disease are: elimination of pathogens, stimulation of immunity, fighting inflammatory processes, metabolic support, general reduction of symptoms. Can a proper diet do all of this? Yes yes! Proper selection of macro- and micronutrients, phytotherapy, system support immune system detoxification – it all adds up to a slow but often a successful way out of a disease that affects the entire body.

Mushrooms in the digestive system

Diseases tick-borne infections are often accompanied by superinfections of a fungal nature in the system alimentary. Symptoms then mainly include flatulence, burning in the area stomach or heart pains – both stomach and head aches and pains light-headedness, post-meal fatigue, decreased appetite.

The most important thing principles of diet supporting a patient suffering from Lyme disease or other diseases tickless? The diet should be minimal or negligible in the first place the amount of simple carbohydrates, i.e. mainly sugar. Unfortunately, it does it is also with limiting the consumption of fruit. But this is mainly true for large fruits sugar content, i.e. bananas, grapes, mangoes and watermelons. However, in such a diet there should be room for citrus, including apples, pears and fruit blueberries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blueberries) or avocados.

Only sweetener and honey are sweet

It should also limit yourself to white flour and products made from it, for example, white bread. Moderate consumption of whole grain and coarse grain bread is allowed cash Given this and the above paragraph, it should be obvious that any sweets, cookies, candies and other processed sweet foods are prohibited in such a menu. The sweet are allowed (as long as they are tolerated) natural sweeteners, such as stevia, organic bee honey.

As for the rest product groups – vegetables are highly recommended and beneficial in virtually all of them form (except for frying, which has no good effect on the fungal infection digestive system). You should base your diet primarily on green vegetables leafy and lettuces. It is worth limiting starchy vegetables – pods, potatoes.

one can say that the Lyme diet is high in protein. You can eat eggs, meat, fish without resistance (of course, this is just a metaphor), some dairy products (more on that in a moment). When preparing protein products, however, you have to remember not to fry them – as in any healthy diet deep fat, and it is best to use stewing, baking or cooking.

A daily dose of calcium and bacteria

Tall fermented products are effective in the dietary therapy of Lyme disease dairy. This is because of their very good effect in terms of regeneration intestinal microflora, so strained by the multitude of antibiotics used in the treatment of tick-borne diseases. So it’s worth it even every day consume a packet of yogurt or kefir.

Long-lasting antibiotic therapy requires providing the body with a sufficiently large dose individual vitamins and minerals. First of all, vitamins are important: D, A, E, C and from group B, as well as copper, zinc, silicon, selenium. Other helpful in the body regeneration substances are coenzyme Q10 (its deficiency increases the susceptibility infections), magnesium (which reduces muscle cramps and pain), essential fatty acids (reduce fatigue and weakness, beneficial in reducing inflammation).

A herb (not) for the tick

The last, but no less important element of the therapy of Lyme disease are herbs. What is most recommended in this regard?

·      Oil z oregano

·      Blend herbal (the so-called mixture of Father Klimuszko): sage leaf, horsetail herb, herb yarrow, burdock root, tasznik herb, spicy knotweed herb, basket common chamomile – in the form of an infusion

·      Wild Rose, black currant, wild elderberry, sea buckthorn (vitamin C of origin natural)

·      Infusions: Nettle, yarrow, horsetail, birch leaves

As you can see, Lyme diet therapy makes great sense. The most important, however, are these features such as regularity, meticulousness, repeatability of actions and stubbornness, and patience during treatment.
