Proper nutrition is the prevention of heart disease.

Proper nutrition is the prevention of heart disease.

The heart is our main motor, which works throughout a person’s life. They say that in a healthy state, the work of the heart muscle is not felt. On the one hand, this is both good and bad. “What nonsense! This cannot be judged as bad! ” – you can argue. Yes you are right! But look at people who have a healthy heart and blood vessels, because some of them do not “feel” their main organ, do not know what arrhythmia and other heart problems are, they are completely indifferent to those factors that over time can disrupt the work of the heart muscle (stress, unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle). And then they are surprised that at the doctor’s appointment, the cardiologist hands them a written piece of paper, with which they should go to the nearest pharmacy and thoroughly buy. And all this happens as a result of ignoring the things listed above.

But let’s skip the tape of this story a little back and return to the moment when the heart works as it should. Here you should change your attitude towards those factors that negatively affect the entire body, in particular the heart:

1. You should accustom yourself to daily small physical activity (even if it will be even simple walking for an hour).

2. In our difficult times, fencing off stress is a very difficult task, almost impossible. Therefore, it is important to learn how to cope with it through healthy methods (exercise, singing, nutrition, auto-training, yoga).

A lot, a lot can be said about each of these methods, but let’s better stop at what each of us does every day – food. And it is better that it was sports nutrition, dietary whey protein.

An excellent prevention of cardiovascular diseases is the observance of simple rules. Yes, they are simple, but the most difficult thing here is to accustom yourself to constantly observe them.

First, start saving on salt at last. After all, its consumption retains fluid in the body, which in turn increases the load on the heart muscle.

Second, reduce your intake of animal foods (especially fried foods). The same goes for many beloved eggs and mayonnaise. After all, no one wants their blood vessels to clog cholesterol plaques, but for some reason the fear of this is not so strong as to force a person to reduce the consumption of these foods. Perhaps this is due to the current advertising, which assures everyone that their advertised product can clear blood vessels from cholesterol plaques.

Third, try to eat fiber-rich foods as often as possible. After all, it is able to reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol, to clear the stomach of harmful substances. Legumes, oats, fruits, vegetables have such properties.

Fourthly, it is advisable to reduce consumption or completely abandon all kinds of baked goods.

From the liquid it is best to drink a decoction of wild rose, hawthorn, plain water and green tea. As for the latter, it should not be drunk more than 2 cups a day (more can negatively affect the functioning of the liver), and it should not be heavily brewed.
