But it has not been invented and is unlikely to ever be invented – that’s bad news. The good news is that you can achieve the perfect body without counting calories and excruciating restrictions. It is enough just to learn to understand your body.

For a month now, the participants in the “Transformation” project have been fighting overweight. Experts of various fields help them in this. One of the first to join the work was a nutritionist and rehabilitation specialist, naturopath Marina Kupfer.

“During the first, motivational consultation, I tested each participant. Common problems that affect the appearance of excess weight in contestants are typical for most modern women: nutrition contrary to the natural human biorhythms, weight gain during pregnancy and the consequences of a predominantly sedentary lifestyle, ”says Marina Kupfer.

Until a certain age, you can not deny yourself anything

According to the nutritionist, up to a certain age, we all have a certain metabolic reserve, which allows us to practically not limit ourselves in nutrition and at the same time look great. But it is not endless.

“Many things that are familiar and commonplace for us are actually enemies of our health and harmony. For example, we tend to gain weight during the holidays, when there is a noisy feast in every house. After some New Year’s holidays, there was an extra 4 kg, after others – another 4 kg, then we went on vacation abroad, where we did not want to think about any restrictions at all. This is how we gain 10-15, and sometimes even more, extra pounds, which then prevent us from living, ”says the nutritionist.

“Fat cell is the body’s waste bucket”

“Over the years of practice, I have worked out a certain scheme, according to which we are now working with the participants of the“ Transfiguration ”. It includes three main stages. The first one is preparatory. At this stage, we eliminate diseases that need to be considered when losing weight, and prepare the internal environment of the body. I always say: the fat cell is the body’s garbage can. To get rid of fat cells, you first need to extract from it everything that it has accumulated – toxins and toxins. As practice shows, already at the stage of cleansing my wards lose from 5 to 10 kg. To do this, we use herbal infusions, actively replacing tea and coffee with them, we observe the drinking regime. Why do all nutritionists unanimously insist on the need to drink at least two liters of water a day? Because in the body of a woman weighing 60 kilograms, about 2,5 liters of blood are constantly circulating. Of these, 300 g are shaped elements. Everything else is plasma, which must be renewed during the day. It is impossible without water, ”notes Marina.

Let’s check our biological clock?

The nutritionist calls the second stage of weight loss “fat cell manipulation.” This very cell lives in the body for three months. Then it either dies or multiplies. If we want to lose weight, we need to prevent the second option.

“For this, we have already changed the internal environment of the body and observe the drinking regime. But at the second stage, we come close to sorbet nutrition – nutrition in accordance with human biorhythms. If you understand how our body works, you can practically not limit yourself, and at the same time not gain weight. For example, the kidneys work up to 16-17 hours. Therefore, it is better to drink the amount of liquid you need during the day before this time. And then drink only if you feel thirsty. In this case, you will not have edema, and the body will receive enough life-giving moisture. The intestines work constantly, but ideally should get rid of waste products every 12 hours. It keeps the metabolism in good shape, and gives you great health. The liver secretes bile between 5 and 7 a.m. To help this organ, you need to eat green vegetables and fruits for dinner, coarse fiber. Then the liver will be able to diligently break down toxins and purify the blood during the day, ”the nutritionist said.

As Marina Kupfer says, you don’t need to count calories or divide meals into 6-8 parts. You just need to understand that in the morning the body just needs carbohydrates: they provide energy. For lunch, protein should be added to complex carbohydrates. And for dinner – paired with protein food, you should eat something that will provide the body with coarse fiber. And it is better to replace your morning tea or coffee with herbal tea. “Remember that antipsychotics have a detrimental effect on the nervous system. And 150 g of coffee draws 300 ml of liquid with it. In fact, it provokes dehydration of the body, ”the specialist sums up.

Physical activity should be added at this stage. Our task is to tone the muscles, which must expend a large amount of energy. At the same time, it is absolutely not necessary to torture yourself for the rest of your life in the gym three times a week. After you have got rid of the fat layer in the muscles, brought them into tone, it is enough to make raids to the gym two to three months a year in order to maintain the metabolism at the proper level.

The third stage, according to the nutritionist, is the most difficult. It is on it that the fat cell begins to manipulate us.

“For the body, the loss of fat cells is a threat of hunger. Therefore, fat cells send a signal to the hypothalamus, which, in turn, “gives the order” – and we want all the most fatty, harmful, sweet. The most important thing here is to remain faithful to the principles that we have cultivated for two months. Very soon the hypothalamus will tune in to a new rhythm of work and you yourself will be surprised at how prettier you are, how much your health has changed for the better, ”concludes Marina Kupfer.
