– Are vaccinations worse in Poland than anywhere else? I checked vaccination coverage in Poland in relation to other European countries and we are still at the EU average, in the vicinity of many important countries – said prof. Flisiak.

Prof. Flisiak: we should reach endangered groups

Prof. Flisiak also referred to the statement of Odeta Moro, who recalled that 62 percent. Poles do not want to vaccinate.

– In Israel, which is a role model in terms of vaccination coverage, it has stopped at 60%. There is a barrier, even in the most disciplined countries, that cannot be crossed – emphasized Flisiak.

– Nothing to convince anti-vaccines. The group to be reached, encouraged and helped are people who, for some reason, have not benefited so far. We should stop thinking about mass, we should reach out to vulnerable groups – adds an infectious disease specialist.
