Sugar
Sugar causes rashes, acne and inflammation. A large concentration of it in desserts, industrial baking.

Spices have a huge impact on the whole body. Sharp or spicy additives not only upset the digestion, but also provoke a rash on the skin, as the sebaceous glands cannot cope with the toxins. And disorders of the digestive tract always affect the appearance of the person.
