Procedures that plastic surgeons do not do for themselves and do not advise others
We asked the doctor what kind of plastic procedures and operations he would never have dared to do.
The doctor, plastic surgeon Lupin Danila Alexandrovich told about what plastic procedures he did not recommend and would not do to himself and to others.

Removal of lumps of Bisha
I do not recommend removing them without specific indications, because this is not a useless structure that is located in the middle third of the face, it performs the structural function of the face and supports the middle third.
If Bish’s lumps are removed from a girl of average build and with unexpressed cheeks, then the tissues quickly lose their structure, the lower and middle third of the face descend downward, with the formation of specific folds and wrinkles in this area. Many girls then try to restore this volume, but this cannot be done, because Bish’s lumps have such a shell that, if destroyed, it can no longer be restored. That is why the introduction of various gels, fillers, lipofilling is not effective – these are all structureless, shellless implants. They will no longer be able to perform such a function in the middle third of the face. This operation was popular in the 80s and 90s, but then they abandoned it because they got enough undesirable phenomena. The girls tried to restore everything, as there was a rapid aging of the face and visible age-related changes appeared. But in our time, young surgeons began to use this operation, it again entered the trend in certain years and gained popularity. I do not perform this operation without testimony and do not advise anyone.
Indications:
Chubby cheeks – can be carried out in order to calcium volumes of the middle third of the face.
If a girl has a thin face, then it will become even thinner, and the appearance will be painful.
If the face is voluminous and the girl is plump, by removing these lumps, she wants to make her face less thin, then this will not save her, because in general she needs to lose weight and reduce weight, then he will also leave her face.
This operation is suitable for girls who have a square or rectangular face, in order to sharpen and emphasize a little the line of the oval of the face.
“Zero liposuction”
“Zero liposuction” is a procedure when the subcutaneous fat becomes thinner when it is completely removed. The skin has a certain nourishment due to surface fat. This fat has a trophic function for the skin. The skin can lose trophism without it, become bluish-purple in color, and pathological fibrosis can develop, which will give irregularities, retraction and adhesions, it looks very ugly.
“Zero liposuction” is a definite trend, surgeons are chasing after making such parchment skin, thinning it, showing the result on the operating table: “Wow!” But such patients after a long enough rehabilitate and further suffer from undesirable phenomena and sometimes even serious complications. Necrosis of the skin may develop due to the fact that damage to the vascular pattern, damage to trophism, nutrition occurs, in general, the skin suffers because of this.
Operation “fox eyes”
I would not do and would not recommend the open surgical method of “fox’s eyes”, that is, eyebrow lift by excision of the skin in the brow (when a strip of skin is excised and the eyebrows are lifted).
The fact is that this is a traumatic operation, after which a scar over the eyebrow is also visible. I don’t, because we strive to minimize scars, especially on the face. Our face is always in sight, so we try to minimize scars, hide them in a natural fold, so that they are invisible, in the scalp. In this case, they can be somehow covered or retouched so that there are no signs that the person has performed this operation.
There are also certain indications for this operation: ptosis of the eyebrows in elderly patients… That is, for patients who are no longer so important aesthetics as functionality is important, when the eyebrows overhang the periorbital region and the eyes, they reduce the field of vision, and patients have to strain their frontal muscles in order to raise their eyebrows. In this case, they form folds and creases on the forehead and excess skin is visible, which needs to be excised in this area. In all other cases, I would recommend endoscopic techniques, because they are minimally invasive, only small incisions will remain in the scalp, which eventually become completely invisible, and no traces remain in the eyebrow area.
Breast lipofilling
If, in general, we talk about plastic surgery, which I would not recommend doing, then this is lipofilling of the mammary glands, when it is done with the aim of increasing them, and not with the aim of easy correction. Not when the breast is increased by half a size, a maximum of one size and with the aim of increasing the integumentary tissues, namely with the aim of increasing it by 2-3 sizes.
Volumetric modeling
I would not recommend volumetric modeling, because large volumes of adipose tissue in this area are fraught with phenomena such as oleogranulomas, fat cysts… Fat with a large volume in this area may not take root and dissolve, that is, some clots with disturbed trophism may form, and even necrosis may develop inside. Therefore, in order to increase the volume, I recommend implants, because it is studied, safe and stable.
