The body and the inner state of a person are interconnected. Very interconnected. At the same time, a body that is healthy in all respects does not yet guarantee an internal state of happiness and joy, although a problematic body guarantees that its owner cannot seriously be happy. But: what is a problematic body? what about a healthy body? Specifically, how to tell the difference between them?
Does Stephen Hawking have a healthy body? What about Nick Vujicic?
To answer this question, I will give a list of body zones that primarily determine the internal state of a person, and their relative strength. Based on my experience and observations, I will prioritize them. At the beginning of the list are zones with the strongest influence, then — zones with weaker influence.
First place: FACE. The main point of the face is the eyes. Eyes are different: alive and extinct, attentively focused and floating somewhere … Do you think that eyes are only a reflection of your state? Not this way. With what eyes you start walking, you will get such a state. Eyes are the main key of our states.
Second place: BACK. The main point of the back is the turn of the shoulders. The stoop of weak shoulders almost always means insecurity, while the stoop does not so much reflect a weak personal position, but forms it. Roll your shoulders, right?
