You can select rows and columns in Excel and print them on every page. Thanks to this, reading a paper printout will be much more convenient.
Follow these steps to print headers.
- On the Advanced tab Page Layout (Page Layout) click Print Titles (Print Titles). A dialog box will appear. Page Setup (Page settings).
- To print the 1st line at the top of each page, click the close dialog button in the field Rows to repeat at top (Through rows) and select a row 1.
- Press OK.
Note: Similarly, you can print the left column on each page.
