Print Headings in Excel

You can select rows and columns in Excel and print them on every page. Thanks to this, reading a paper printout will be much more convenient.

Follow these steps to print headers.

  1. On the Advanced tab Page Layout (Page Layout) click Print Titles (Print Titles). A dialog box will appear. Page Setup (Page settings).
  2. To print the 1st line at the top of each page, click the close dialog button in the field Rows to repeat at top (Through rows) and select a row 1.
  3. Press OK.Print Headings in Excel

Note: Similarly, you can print the left column on each page.
