    Step 1:

Place a plate upside down on your cardboard sheet and trace the outline of the plate with a pencil.

    Cut out the round.

Trace a strip 50 cm long and 5 cm wide on your other cardboard sheet and cut it out.

    Step 2:

Fold the circle in half, folding the edges.

    Mark the fold.

Lay the circle flat and put your strip of paper on the fold.

Apply glue on each side of your strip to secure it inside your circle folded in half.

Press very hard so that the glue adheres to the paper.

    Step 3:

Now is the time to decorate your tiara.

Glue a braid on one side of the tiara, following the contours well.

You can then glue small glitter (meticulous and not always easy work with the glue that remains on the fingers! Do not hesitate to do a few washbasin poses to wash your hands before continuing…).

    Step 4:

Now slide two or three ears of wheat (already colored or to be painted before) under the braid to make them hold.

And then you are free to add the “decorative” elements of your choice (buttons, pearls, etc.).

    Step 5:

Place the tiara on your forehead and ask Mum or Dad to adjust it to your head size before taping the two ends of the band together.

Your princess tiara is ready for the party! You will make them jealous …
