Prevention

Prevention is to prevent its exacerbation. And if it is allowed, then suppress it as quickly as possible. But let’s try to avoid it. For this, what is required of us – we are required, in fact, just to make friends with our body. Everything that harms our body can cause exacerbation of chronic prostatitis.

Here is a list of what you should try to give up or at least reduce its presence in your life:

  • Alcohol (moderate amounts are not dangerous, too much is dangerous)
  • Smoking (impairs blood circulation in the prostate)
  • Passivity in life (a sedentary/lying lifestyle also impairs blood circulation in the prostate)
  • Protect yourself from stress
  • Try to catch cold less often and supercool (improve immunity, take vitamins)
  • Do not overwork physically (the simulator is not contraindicated, only everything is good in moderation).

Yes, perhaps, and all. Not so much, actually. And like, all the obvious things, just remember this always. That’s just … They ran through their eyes – all the obvious things, and then they forgot. I repeat once again – if you smoke and abuse alcohol, you can not think about getting rid of prostatitis. This will be your lifelong sore. Quit smoking if you value your relationship with the fair sex.

And here is a list of what you need to do to strengthen your male health:

Recommendations are not included in the evaluation version.

If prostatitis gets worse, go back to the diagnostic chapters and read them again. Not always, of course, the cause of an exacerbation can be a venereal disease or bacteria. But there is one aspect. Quite often it turns out that due to the fact that the prostate gland is poorly supplied with blood, it is not always possible to cure the infection completely – antibiotics do not penetrate tissues well. It may turn out that you only heal it, and under a suitable set of circumstances (for example, during hypothermia), it will manifest itself again. Of course, if you have recently been treated, then most likely, during an exacerbation, the cause will not be an infection, but something else. But if two years have passed since the treatment, then it is worth repeating the analysis.
