With this slogan, the second edition of the Potato a la Carte recipe contest is presented.
As in the previous sample, the main objective of the initiative is once again the dissemination and dissemination of the varieties of this tuber, promoted by the Interprofessional Committee for French Potatoes (CNIPT).

Registration is open from January 1 to February 22, giving way to the selection of finalists between the 23rd and 28th of the month.
The criteria that the jury will assess for the appointment will be creativity, taste, appearance and the combination of ingredients.
To meet the winner of this second edition of “Potatoes à la carte“, The finalists will be measured in a live cooking show in the studios of the gastronomic television program,”Kitchen Channel ” and they will prepare their recipe before a jury made up of the previous winner of the contest, David Marqués, and the chefs of the program, Juan Pozuelo and Diana Cabrera.
Apart from the media action of participating in the television program, the three winners will compete for a succulent prize for their future culinary elaborations consisting of:
- Cocottes of Cast Iron Evolution. (Le Creuset)
- Stainless Steel Pans.
- Silicone spoon spatulas.
- Sets of mini ceramic stoneware cocottes.
Once the new winner is known, he will participate with the Chefs of the jury in a special program of the Chain Canal Cocina
