Peculiarities of growing
Landing
Ryabinushka potatoes are unpretentious, but it is best to choose a place for planting where beans, peas, lupins, and cereals were grown last year.
Planting material is stored well, therefore, a month before planting, it is taken out of storage for germination. After a thorough sorting, the tubers are sorted by size. It is best to use potatoes similar in size to a chicken egg. Before planting, you can soak in a solution of boric acid (for half an hour) or copper sulfate (for 3-5 minutes).
Seed potatoes are laid out at a distance of 25-30 cm. The depth of the hole is not more than 10 cm. They are sprinkled with ash on top and covered with soil.

There are no particular difficulties in caring for the Ryabinushka variety, you need:
- Loosen the soil, remove weeds.
- Track and destroy pests.
- For the prevention of diseases, bushes can be treated with special preparations.
- The variety is demanding on moisture, so in the absence of rain, you need to water the plantings and fertilize.

Rules for storing elite potatoes
Having harvested, it is worth thinking about its storage.
We leave the potatoes for 12 days to ripen and dry. After that, you need to start sorting, what for seeds, what for the needs of the economy, what for food.
Seed material is taken from autumn. After all, it still needs to be prepared for wintering. For future plantings, we select potatoes of the Ryabinushka variety in size, without damage and signs of illness. We wash it and put it in the sun for landscaping. So, the seeds are better stored.
Seed material is stored separately from food. You can use bags or boxes, as in the photo. In the basement, you need to maintain a certain temperature and humidity.
