You can make delicious vegetarian cutlets from rolled oats. For the recipe you will need: – 300 g of rolled oats; – 100 g of celery; – 1 head of onion; – 3 boiled eggs; – 1 lemon; – bread crumbs; – salt to taste.

You do not need to cook oat flakes for cutlets. Just fill them with a little hot water or milk, or leave to thicken. Finely chop celery stalks, peeled onions and eggs. Mix ingredients with rolled oats. Add lemon juice to the minced meat and form into patties. Dip them in breadcrumbs, fry in hot vegetable oil.
