- Oyster mushroom – 0,4 kg;
- Onion – 1 pcs.;
- Hard or processed cheese – 150 g;

- Sweet ground paprika – 1,5 tsp;
- Vegetable oil;
- Salt, pepper, favorite seasonings.
We thoroughly wash the pork and cut it into plates about 1 cm thick. We take a hammer to beat the meat and lightly beat our product. Sprinkle each piece with salt, pepper and other spices, leave to marinate.
Meanwhile, fry finely chopped onions in a pan with butter along with oyster mushrooms. This process should take you about 15 minutes.

- Pork tenderloin – 0,6 kg;
- Oyster mushroom – 0,5 kg;
- Fatty sour cream – 5 tbsp. l.;
- Starch – 25 g;
- Warm water – 200 g;
- Sunflower oil;
- Spices – salt, pepper;
- Greens fresh or dried.
For pork with oyster mushrooms, you can take both forest and purchased mushrooms.
So, let’s cut the prepared ingredients required by the list. We cut the meat and oyster mushroom into cubes, chop the onion into half rings, finely chop the fresh herbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and lay out the pieces of meat. Salt, pepper and fry until slightly golden brown.
