Delicate pork goes well with aromatic mushrooms, which give it a spicy taste. Pork meat with mushrooms can be baked, stewed, fried. It is better to take forest mushrooms for such dishes, they have a richer taste. And you can cook pork with mushrooms in a regular oven.

Baked pork with mushrooms, despite the simplicity of preparation, has an excellent taste. For cooking you will need:

– 500 grams of pork; – 200 grams of chanterelles; – 200 grams of sour cream; – 1 onion; – vegetable oil for frying; – parsley; – salt to taste; – ground pepper to taste.

Wash the pork loin with cold water and cut into pieces across the grain. Beat off each slice of meat on both sides, then season with salt and pepper. Fry the pork in hot vegetable oil until crusty. Remove the browned meat on a separate plate.

Sort the mushrooms and rinse, then put in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the boiled chanterelles in a colander to drain the water.

Cut the onions into half rings and fry in meat oil. Add the mushrooms, cut into small pieces, to the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Put pork in a baking dish, spread mushrooms and onions on top and pour sour cream over everything. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with parsley sprigs before serving.

For baking, it is better to take a loin, shoulder blade or neck

The creamy sauce will add a delicate flavor to the pork and mushroom dish. To cook meat according to this recipe, you will need: – 2 pork steaks; – 150 grams of cream; – 150 grams of mushrooms; – 0,5 cups of broth; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 2 tablespoons of brandy; – 2 tablespoons of olive oil; – 4 black peppercorns; – ground pepper to taste; – salt to taste.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper, rub with garlic passed through a garlic press. Then fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Divide the toasted meat on a separate platter.

Put the mushrooms cut into large pieces into a frying pan with butter and pour over them with a mixture of broth, cognac and heavy cream. Cook mushrooms in cream over medium heat until tender. Then put the meat in the pan and cook the dish for another 5-10 minutes.

As a side dish, you can serve boiled rice, pasta, vegetables

To prepare this dish, take the following products: – 500 grams of pork; – 2 onions; – 400 grams of mushrooms; – 100 grams of cheese; – salt to taste; – oil for frying; – parsley.

Cut the meat into small slices, beat and rub with salt and pepper. Fry the pork in vegetable oil, remove and place on a baking sheet.

Chop the onion, fry it and add the chopped boiled mushrooms to it. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then put the mushrooms and onions on top of the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
