The classic recipe for pork under a fur coat is a type of potato casserole. Fans of experiments can take other ingredients for a fur coat and cook spicy pork with mushrooms in a pan under an apple and vegetable coat.

Pork recipe under a potato fur coat

To cook pork under a potato fur coat, you will need:

– 500 grams of pork; – 500 grams of potatoes; – 3-4 heads of onions; – 250 grams of hard cheese; – sour cream; – vegetable oil; – herbs; – salt; – pepper.

To cook meat under a potato fur coat, instead of pork, you can take beef tenderloin

Wash the meat, pat dry with a paper towel or napkin, cut into portions and place on the bottom of an ovenproof dish, oiled with vegetable oil. Season the pork with pepper and salt.

Peel the onions, chop finely and lay on top of the meat. Wash the potatoes, peel, finely chop or grate on a coarse grater, pepper, salt and place on top of the onion.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, pour with sour cream, cover the form with foil and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for an hour and a half to bake until tender.

For a golden brown crust to form on the surface, remove the foil 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking.

Before serving, sprinkle the washed and finely chopped greens on the pork under the potato fur coat.

Pork recipe with mushrooms under a fur coat

To cook pork with mushrooms under a fur coat, you must take the following products:

– 500 grams of pork; – 300 grams of mushrooms; – 2 fresh cucumbers; – 4 tomatoes; – 2 apples; – 2 heads of onions; – 3 cloves of garlic; – 1 tablespoon of sour cream; – vegetable oil; – 2 tablespoons of hot ketchup chili; – ground black pepper; – salt.

It is recommended to rinse the meat with cold water, but do not soak it in water for a long time.

Wash the pork, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into thin slices and fry until half cooked in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil. Then add chopped mushrooms, chopped onions and garlic, stir and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes. After that, salt, pepper, add sour cream, hot chili ketchup and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

Wash the apple, peel it, cut in half and remove the seeds, then cut into large thin slices. Wash fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and cut into slices. Then carefully place the vegetables on top of the pork fried with mushrooms and onions. Lay apple slices on them in a dense layer. Without stirring, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat with mushrooms under a fur coat for about 10 minutes.
