Pork roast: how to cook delicious? Video

Fried pork is a high-calorie dish, but very tasty. Plus, it cooks quickly, especially if you prefer a simple roast. Add spices, vegetables and fruits to the meat, they will give the pork a pleasant aroma and taste.

Pork roast with onions and apples

This dish can be made for a family lunch or dinner. Choose sour apples with firm flesh for even better browning.

You will need: – 1 kg of lean pork; – 3 onions; – 3 medium sized apples; – olive oil; – ground red pepper; – salt.

Rinse the lean pork, pat dry with paper towels and cut into thin cubes. Peel the apples, core them and cut the fruits into neat circles. Chop the onion into thick rings.

Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet and fry the meat in it until golden brown. Drain some water into the skillet and, stirring occasionally, continue to fry for another 15 minutes. Put the onion to the meat, and after 5 minutes add the apples. Stir the contents of the pan, season with salt, cover and fry the apples until soft. Put the finished frying on warmed plates and sprinkle with red pepper. Rice or young boiled potatoes are suitable as a side dish for this dish.

Such a Chinese-style dish can be made from any meat, but the pork turns out to be especially tender. Serve with boiled noodles or wild rice.

You will need: – 350 g of lean pork; – 1 orange; – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil; – 0,25 teaspoon ground chili pepper; – 1 teaspoon of soy sauce; – 1 teaspoon of sugar.

For the marinade: – 2 teaspoons of soy sauce; – 12 mm ginger root; – 2 teaspoons of brandy; – 1 teaspoon of starch; – 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Wash and dry the pork. Cut the meat into strips across the grain. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, brandy, sesame oil, finely chopped ginger, and starch. Place the pork in the mixture and let sit for 20 minutes.

Remove the orange zest, cut it into thin strips and pour boiling water over for 3 minutes. Place the zest on a sieve and place on a paper towel. Squeeze out the juice.

This dish requires sour oranges. If the fruits are too sweet, add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice to the fry

Strain the marinade. Heat the oil in a deep skillet and add the pork. While stirring, quickly fry the meat until brown. Drain the oil. Add orange juice, chili powder, sugar, and soy sauce to the skillet. Roast the mixture for 1 minute, then place everything on a preheated dish. Sprinkle the cooked roast with orange zest, top with rice or noodles and serve.
