– 60 ml of vegetable oil; – 4-5 mint leaves; – 60 ml of white wine; – 500 g boneless pork; – 1 onion; – 2 cloves of garlic; – rosemary.
Chop the garlic, place in a deep bowl and cover with vegetable oil. Tear the mint leaves into small pieces, add to the dish, pour the wine there.
