Method of preparation
Cook the rice in 250 ml of salted water over low heat for 20 minutes. Cut the pork neck into cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and starch. Cut the leeks into rings, carrots into strips. Defrost green peas. Stirring, fry vegetables in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add meat and rice. Season with pepper, salt, 1 tablespoon curry powder and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cooking time 40 minutes. The number of products is for 4 servings.
