How to make a delicious chop in batter

Cooking pork chop with apples
Pork baked in the oven with an original bouquet of various additives acquires a delicate taste and aroma. To complete this recipe, prepare:
– pork neck or tenderloin (0,5 kg); – vegetable oil for frying; – large green apples (2 pcs.); – purple onion; – cream (0,5 cups); – hard cheese (100 g); – mustard (25 g); – unrefined cane sugar (1 tablespoon); – seasonings and spices to taste.
Dip well-beaten portions of meat in a mixture of table salt and freshly ground pepper, then fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Place the chops in a baking dish and sauté chopped purple onions in the fat after frying. Leave it covered for 5 minutes, then place it on the chops. On top, place the slices of sour apples without cores and your favorite seasonings, for example, marjoram, oregano, curry powder. Sweeten the fruit with brown sugar and pour in the cream. The top layer of the dish is grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to + 220 ° C and roast the pork in it for half an hour. Serve the finished dish slightly cooled with vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, fresh or canned peas. You can add boiled potatoes. An excellent addition to meat is dill greens, which will promote good digestion.
