- 100 g ham
- 120 g sour cream
- ½ cup crackers
- pepper
- salt
Cut the prepared mushrooms into slices, pepper, salt, put on a greased frying pan along with strips of ham and fry, stirring, for 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with breadcrumbs, pour over sour cream, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve hot.

- 100 g sour cream
- 40 ml of vegetable oil
- 10 g flour

Peel the mushrooms, wash and cut into thin slices. So that they do not darken, sprinkle them with lemon juice, then fry them in oil, sprinkle with flour, pour sour cream and bake in the oven until tender (40-60 minutes).

- 100 g mayonnaise
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 potatoes
- 1 bulb
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tomatoes

- 20 g margarine
- 150 g potatoes
- 100 g white sauce
- 10 g cheese
- 5 g ground crackers
- salt
To cook porcini mushrooms baked in the oven with potatoes, you must first boil and fry with onions. Season with half of the white, sour cream or milk sauce and place in the middle of the pan. Arrange boiled potatoes around. Pour the products with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, drizzle with fat and bake.

Whole porcini mushrooms baked in the oven

- 1 kg fresh porcini mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g cheese
- 50 g stale roll
- ½ glass of milk
- 1 Art. l. breadcrumbs
- 100 g butter
- 1 hours. L. mustard
- pinch ground nutmeg
- ground black pepper

- To cook whole porcini mushrooms baked in the oven, you need to heat it to 180 ° C, then wash the mushrooms, peel, dry well, separate the legs, and put the caps on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Finely chop the legs, fry in 1 tbsp. l. butter.
- Soak the roll in milk, then squeeze and rub with 1 tbsp. l. butter.
- Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard and fried mushroom legs, mix thoroughly.
- Lubricate the refractory form with butter, lay out half the mushroom mass, put the caps on top (convex parts down) and cover with the remaining mushroom mass.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, while 15 minutes before the end of cooking, increase the heat so that the mushrooms are well browned.
Porcini mushrooms baked with meat
The composition of products for the preparation of baked porcini mushrooms with meat includes:
- Fresh white mushrooms – 500 g
- beef – 1 kg
- potatoes – 1 kg
- onions – 2-3 pcs.
- fat – 150 g
- sour cream – 1 cup
- flour – 3 tbsp. spoons
- ground black pepper
- salt.
Porcini mushrooms baked with rice and tomatoes.
Composition:
- Fresh white mushrooms – 300 g
- tomatoes – 300 g
- rice -100 g
- onions – 2 pcs.
- oil – 4 tbsp. spoons
- tomato puree – 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- parsley
- red ground pepper
- salt
- Boil mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Chop the onion into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
- Finely chop the tomatoes, add oil, fried onions, tomato puree, ground red pepper, salt and simmer over low heat.
- When the water evaporates, pour in 1,5 cups of mushroom broth, bring to a boil, put rice, mushrooms, chopped parsley, mix everything and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
- Serve cold.
Porcini mushrooms baked with cabbage.
Composition:
- Fresh white mushrooms – 1 kg
- stewed cabbage – 1 kg
- pickled cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.

- flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
- milk – 1 glass
- onions – 1 pcs.

Stew the mushrooms in their own juice and place on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Put stewed cabbage and chopped pickles on top. Fry the onion with flour in fat, dilute with milk and cook for 5-10 minutes, until a thick sauce is obtained. Pour food over them, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven until browned.
