  1. Pomegranate seeds – 1,5 cups

  1. We put all the ingredients in an enameled pan and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and boil the drink for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. After the indicated time, the drink must be filtered, passed through a filter and poured into a bottle.

  4. To increase the strength of pomegranate liquor, you can add only a third of alcohol at the very beginning, and the rest is already in the cooled mass.

Alcoholic pomegranate liqueur

Ingredients

  1. Pomegranate seeds – 300 g

  2. Pure alcohol (95%) – 3 l

  3. Mineral water – 3 l

  4. Granulated sugar – 220 g

Method of preparation

  1. Pomegranate seeds fall asleep in a jar, pour in 1 liter of alcohol and let it brew for 1 week at room temperature.

  2. After a week, bring mineral water to a boil in a saucepan, then add sugar. After the crystals are completely dissolved, remove the syrup from the heat.

Pomegranate liqueur on cognac

Ingredients

  1. Pomegranate juice – 500 ml

  2. Sugars – 500 g

  3. Cognac – 250 ml

  4. Lemon – 1 pcs.

Method of preparation

  1. Prepare syrup from fresh pomegranate juice and sugar. To do this, mix sugar with juice in a saucepan and evaporate the liquid over low heat, so that you get a slightly viscous liquid.

  2. Remove the zest from the lemon in a thin layer and cut it into pieces.

  3. Mix pomegranate syrup with cognac and lemon zest.
