Then the cycle repeats again from the first day. Banned: coffee and tea with additives, soda, sweets, fruits, flour and pastries, sausages, fast food. For the entire period of losing weight, the singer drank plain water without restrictions and did not eat anything after six in the evening.

To the dietary restrictions, serious physical activity was added at the Moscow Art Theater School, where the singer entered the training. Every day she actively moved for at least three hours, and these were real exhausting crossfit training for strength and endurance, in which fencing was replaced by stage choreography. For six months, on a diet of her own invention, Polina Gagarina lost 30 kg. During this time, she managed not only to lose weight, but also to learn how to cope with bouts of hunger, train willpower and build sports and dancing into her daily routine.

For Polina Gagarina, the main cheating product is potato chips. It is on them that she comes off when necessary to seize stress. In an interview with Healthy Food Near Me, the performer of the super-hit “Don’t Trust Me Any More” admitted that she hasn’t had a craving for sweets for a long time, but she loves salty foods and often can’t deny herself a burger or a serving of fries.

The substances that stimulate blood circulation in the composition of the drink, beloved by many, are recognized by experts as an effective means for losing weight and maintaining weight, but it is worth remembering that excess coffee overloads the heart muscle and contributes to dehydration. However, Polina Gagarina is not afraid of stress: she loves sports that give an outlet for energy (for contemplative yoga, she, according to the singer herself, does not have enough patience).
