Attention! Fruit for this drink must be fresh and ripe. Fruits that are overripe, underripe, or already spoiled are not suitable as a filler.

Any liquor, in addition, which includes eggs or milk, must be transparent. If this fails, then it can harm human health.

  • 2 kg plums;
  • 0,4 kg of sugar;
  • 0,5 liters of vodka.

Wash fruits thoroughly and remove pits. Grind the fruits so that they become a homogeneous mass. Put the resulting slurry on the bottom of a 3-liter jar and pour refined sugar next.

When the ingredients are mixed, close the container and set it aside for three days in a warm place (preferably under the sun). During this time, the mass will absorb the sugar and release the juice.

Pour the fruit gruel with alcohol and mix thoroughly. Close it again, but leave it already in a cool place where no light enters.

After 35-40 days, filter the finished drink with gauze, and then through 3-4 cotton layers until it becomes completely transparent.

Spiced plum liqueur

  • 0,5 kg plums;
  • 3-4 sprigs of dried cloves;
  • 1 tsp cinnamon;
  • 0,25 kg of sugar;
  • 0,5 liters of vodka (or any other alcoholic drink).

Wash the fruits and cut them into two parts. The pits can be removed or used as an ingredient to add a slight almond flavor to the alcohol.

Put the fruits on the bottom of the jar, pour refined sugar, cinnamon and cloves on top. Pour it all with alcohol and mix.

Leave the drink in a cool place for three months. Once a week, take a container and shake it a little to help the refined sugar dissolve completely.
