Playing in the snow, what’s the point?

What does it develop?

Playing in the snow allows relieve bodily and emotional tensions, to let go. Fall and get up without hurting yourself builds self-confidence. Being able to build and destroy without breaking anything and start over again and again promotes the exploration and construction of the personality.

 

What are we playing?

Play snowball battles, build a snowman, or slide down a sled. But why not build a castle, an igloo … or even go for a walk or snowshoe to hear the snow crunch under your feet and discover animal tracks?

How long ?

A child of Less than 6 years gets bored quickly: 15 minutes for an activity are sufficient. Then you have to change. Not to mention that he can quickly get cold in his hands and head, even if he is well equipped.
