We cut the pita bread into cubes (we have cuttings, so in any shape) and put it in silicone molds forming baskets. Put in the oven and dry for 3-4 minutes at 170gr. The remaining ingredients are crushed and mixed with sour cream and cottage cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and put in baskets.
