There are about eighty varieties of pineapples in the world. The shape of the fetus is the same for everyone, but the weight varies from 500 grams to 4 kilograms. Advice before starting
For the preparation of alcoholic beverages, it is important to use only fresh fruits, and as an alcohol base, you can take vodka, food alcohol or good quality moonshine without a strong odor.
Alcoholic pineapple liqueur
Ingredients
Pineapple – 4 pc.
Food alcohol – 1 l
Water – 1 L
Granulated sugar – 500 g
Vanillin – to taste
Method of preparation
First, peel the pineapple, and beat the pulp with a blender until a smooth puree.
Prepare classic sugar syrup.
Then, in a glass container, mix pineapple puree, cooled sugar syrup, alcohol component and add vanillin to taste. We insist the future liquor for 10 days in a dark, cool place.
After completing this stage, the drink must be filtered, the cake squeezed through gauze and then passed through a purchased or home-made filter.
Store the finished product exclusively in the refrigerator or cellar.
Rosemary pineapple liqueur
Ingredients
Ripe pineapple – 1 pc.
Rosemary – 4 small sprigs
Vodka – about 700 ml
Sugar syrup – to taste (average about 300 ml)
Method of preparation
We peel the pineapple, and cut the pulp into a medium cube of 2-3 cm.
We fill the glass container with the prepared fruit almost to the very top, throw rosemary and fill everything with an alcohol base. We leave for a month in a dark warm place for infusion.
Then we drain the pineapple tincture, and squeeze the pulp with gauze.
Add sugar syrup to the tincture, according to your taste preferences, filter and bottle the drink.
Before tasting, keep the liquor for at least 2-3 weeks in a cool place.
Alternative pineapple liqueur recipe
Ingredients
Water – 500 ml
Alcohol – 400 ml
Pineapple – 1,200 k
Sugar – 250 g sugar
Pineapple essence – 2-3 drops
Method of preparation
Prepare sugar syrup, cool. Peel pineapples, chop.
Mix alcohol with sugar syrup, pour over pineapples with a mixture and place the whole mass in a large jar.
Put in the sun for 20-30 days.
Strain, filter and add pineapple essence.
Pour into prepared bottles. The drink is ready to drink.
