Pineapple also contributes to the process of losing weight, science has not yet proven whether pineapple is able to burn stored fats, but its benefits for digestion are exceptional. For inflammatory diseases of the throat and oral cavity, it is useful to use freshly squeezed juice, which has antibacterial properties.

The use of pineapple in cosmetology
Creams with pineapple extract are good for oily skin. They help reduce greasiness and have anti-inflammatory properties. In its pure form, pineapple juice can be used instead of tonic, rubbing the face in the evening. For this purpose, you can freeze the juice and use it in the form of ice cubes. Pineapple pulp is used to make masks for problem skin by applying chopped pulp on the face in pure form or mixing with a small amount of sour cream or natural yogurt.
Contraindications to use
It is not recommended to use pineapple for stomach diseases accompanied by high acidity. Otherwise, the love of pineapple can lead to ulcers. After consuming the pulp or pineapple juice, you should rinse your mouth or brush your teeth, as it negatively affects the state of the enamel. And in this there is some contradiction, since in a small amount pineapple is able to dissolve stones on the enamel and has an anti-inflammatory agent, and therefore it is added to the composition of whitening pastes.
