I’m French and I know they say that France has the most beautiful women, but to be honest, you beat them. It seems to me that the difference between French women and Russians is only that you have many women with blond hair, high cheekbones and also very radiant eyes. You will never see a French woman who, like an American, chews something on the go. The French do not like to eat alone. Ducan allowed us to eat buckwheat!
The point of your diet is to eat as much as you want, but certain foods (first 72 protein, then 28 more vegetables). In our kitchen there are dishes unusual for Europeans: borscht with fried vegetables, soups with potatoes. Will they have to be abandoned?
Not at all! You can fry the vegetables, but then wrap them in baking paper to absorb the oil. You will have a roasted flavor and no oil. I came up with this little trick just for you. But there is no need to add potatoes to soup and borscht, I assure you, it will be delicious without it. I love your first courses, they are hearty and great for reducing appetite. I eat borsch with pleasure.
But you are against side dishes, and we are not used to without them. Can you at least leave buckwheat? By the way, our doctors say that it is very useful and dietary.
Buckwheat contains a lot of microelements and vitamins, but like rice and potatoes, it also contains carbohydrates, starch and a little sugar. I allow you to eat buckwheat, but only by mixing it with a tablespoon of bran.

Dukan oat bran – this is our everything. So, maybe if you sprinkle pasta with them, then this side dish will be rehabilitated?
In this case, I say no. You can eat a little pasta after the diet. But even then they need to be cooked al dente, that is, so that they are hard enough and not boiled. Then, in order to process them, the body will have to work hard. And during the diet, you can eat the Asian vermicelli konjac (in English it is spelled konjac), there are no calories in it. You can cook this vermicelli with whatever you want – with tomato sauce, with salmon, my wife makes very tasty with meat bolognese sauce.
We also love pickles, marinades, smoked meats, for example, salted herring, cucumbers, tomatoes, smoked fish, meat, and our doctors say that healthy dishes should be steamed, boiled or stewed.
Why? Of course, you should not eat all this in kilograms, and the usual portions will not do harm. You have very high quality, tasty salted and smoked fish, you cannot find such fish in Europe. Personally, my family and I enjoy eating smoked fish, especially salmon.
Can you drink such a snack with our national drink vodka?
In the first two phases – no, it is difficult to lose weight with alcohol, it seriously slows down the metabolism. In the third phase, you can drink 40 grams of strong alcohol or a glass of wine. The most harmless alcohol is dry red wine.
