Dissolve the yeast with sugar. Melt margarine over low heat, pour cold milk into it, stir and cool to room temperature. Then pour the margarine-milk mixture into the grated yeast and mix with pre-sifted flour.

Knead all the ingredients into a dough. Knead it until it is elastic and begins to come off your hands. Then transfer the dough to a floured work area and make a pie or pies with it.

Pies and pies can be baked from shortcrust pastry, which cooks very quickly and, if necessary, can be stored for a long time in the refrigerator. For him you need to take:

– 3 glasses of flour; – 300 g of butter; – 1 egg; – 150 g of sugar; – salt.

Sift flour, add salt and sugar to it. Cut the butter into small pieces, mix with flour and mash well with a fork. Then beat in an egg and knead the dough. Knead the mass very quickly.

Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate. This will maintain the elasticity of the dough and make it easier to roll out later. When you decide to bake pies or pies, remove the dough from the refrigerator and thaw a little.

To knead the pie dough, you should take:

– 800 g flour; – 10 g dry yeast; – 400 ml of milk; – 2 eggs; – 2 tbsp. vegetable oil; – 2 tbsp. granulated sugar; – 1 tsp salt.

First of all, mix all the ingredients except flour: milk, dry yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and eggs. Then add 2/3 flour and start kneading the dough. At first, it is better to stir with a specially wooden spatula, and then with your hands. Gradually, without ceasing to interfere, add all the remaining flour.

Leave the finished dough in a warm place for about an hour to rise. Sprinkle flour on top of it and cover with a towel.

When the dough rises, place it on the table, dusted with flour to prevent it from sticking. Cut into small balls and make pies. Leftover dough can be frozen in the freezer until next time.
