Vitaly Pichugin is a diverse personality, and therefore works in Sinton in several areas at once:
Working with states:
A Gestalt therapist diploma, scientific work in the field of psychology and 17 years of experience in psychotherapy allow Vitaly to work successfully with various phobias. Fear and how to get rid of it is one of his favorite topics.
“90% of people want change for the better. And they even try. But more often they refuse to do anything in order to move forward. Why? They are afraid of the unknown, of change, of getting out of their comfort zone. But at some point you have to take the first step. I help to make it in my trainings, working until the last fear that prevents moving forward disappears.
Quick embedding of useful skills:
NLP is an integral part of Vitaly Pichugin’s life. At one time, he studied with such eminent NLP-ers as Rowan Atkinson, Robert Dilts, Frank Pucelik, David Gordon, and others, studied NLP in Russia and abroad. Vitaly Pichugin is not limited to learning from his colleagues, but actively participates in the development of new programs that take into account modern approaches to teaching NLP. Vitaly has vast experience in training activities (more than 17 years), during which time he has become the author of more than 30 training programs on the topics of personal development and the acquisition of useful skills.
Negotiations in business and in life:
Who can be a better negotiator than a good lawyer? After all, representatives of this difficult profession almost daily have to negotiate with people who are negatively opposed to them, actively work with objections and skillfully resolve any issues in favor of their client. Vitaly Pichugin’s long and successful career as an advocate allows him to develop unique negotiation trainings, both in the personal and business spheres, and to share his own experience of communication with other people.
Vitaly Pichugin about his work:
Once at sea I saw a strange picture. In the bay, people rode on boards with a sail. The wind was not strong, so pleasant. The strange thing was that the figures were rushing at high speed in any direction, even in opposite directions. So, no matter where they sailed, they always found a fair wind. But the wind cannot blow in all directions at once, so that everyone has the opportunity to rush along the waves with the breeze. And they succeeded. I thought it was a good metaphor for our life. Wherever you go, you can always find a tailwind.
By the way, here’s what surprised me. There were also those who practically did not sail anywhere, but simply held on to the sail, sometimes fell. And even if a real wind blew, and not a light breeze, there would be those who floundered in place, cursing the weather. Surely there would be those who flew even faster through the waves, rejoicing in the real wind. Everything is a burden to the weak, everything is joy to the strong.
I work to make more and more strong people for whom life was a joy. Always.
It is easiest to do this in Sinton, because it is one of the oldest and most respected training centers that works for people and effectively solves their urgent problems.
