And someone advanced as a person on the axis of business turns out to be of little use in interpersonal relationships, just as a successfully self-actualizing person may not be quite ready, as a person, for the requirements of modern business.

Thus, it is hardly possible and correct to speak about the effectiveness of personal growth trainings in general terms. It is always necessary to clarify: what was the focus of the personal growth of this training: on the values ​​of personal life? On the value of self-actualization? For business purposes? Only with such specification can the concept of «personal growth» be used operationally and responsibly.
