Both social and personal roles are models of human behavior that organize both internal and external behavior. The difference between them is that these models can be determined (set) both by society and by the individual himself. If a role is prescribed to a person from the outside, it is said about a social role. If a person chooses his own role, this is his personal role.
The main requirements for a social role are the performance of the required external behavior. The personal role is not at all reduced to external behavior; for many people, the feelings and experiences associated with this role are no less important.
Personal role, personal model, personal image
A personal role is a complex that includes a holistic, recognizable model of behavior, a certain body image, an appropriate face (facial expression), gestures and manners, characteristic views on life, beliefs, values and motives, feelings, culture, lifestyle arising from this complex.
