Typically, trainings are divided into personal and business (business training). It is said that personal trainings are aimed at changing the personal characteristics of a person, while business trainings do not touch a person, they are engaged in the transfer of knowledge and tools that are relevant for business. This division is popular, but incorrect. It’s the same as dividing sour and soft. It is possible to distinguish between personal and business trainings: of course, they usually differ both in terms of the audience, and in illustrations, and in the vocabulary used by the trainer, but it is illiterate to oppose them.

Personality is the key to a successful business. If a qualified employee is still a child by nature, we will not put him in a managerial position. If our deputy does not know how to talk to important clients, we will have to deal with it: those who can. If we lose the energy of life, we do not want to get up in the morning and go home in the evening — this is usually followed by loss of capital. If our business employs employees with clear goals, collaborative attitudes, positive and responsible people, then our business has prospects.

In business, you can work with a person, and in personal training, business issues are easily affected.

Training «Money» can be like the brightest personal training, or it can be a typical business training: it all depends on the trainer and the format he uses. Business training «Stress management», as a rule, has the same content as the personal training «Management of emotions».

Trainings «Oratory», «Speech in front of an audience» — although they are usually sold as business trainings, in fact, more often, they are typical personal trainings. See details →
