4. DIY balm
By the way, you can make your own nourishing lip balm.
You will need:
- wax
- almond oil
- cacao butter
- vitamin E capsules
In a water bath, melt a piece of beeswax (1 part), cocoa butter (2 parts), almond oil or any other liquid (2 parts), 2 capsules of vitamin E.
During cooking: dip a wooden stick in the mixture and drip it onto your hand, wait a few seconds, when the drop hardens, rub it on your hand.
If it’s too liquid, add another piece of wax and hard butter. If the mixture is too thick, add liquid oil. Pour into small jars.
5. Immunity
If, despite all your efforts, dryness and cracks in the corners of the lips do not go away, then
and missing vitamins. Drink vitamin teas with rosehip and red rowan, eat fermented milk products (especially cottage cheese and biokefir), eggs, green vegetables, meat, beans.
To keep your lips moist “from the inside”, do not forget to drink 1,5-2 liters of liquid a day, and half of this amount must be mineral water.
