The soups are generally low in calories. However, if you add fatty meat to them, the addition of pasta, and you add greasy cream to them, then a lot of calories will be on the plate. On average, however, a bowl of soup (300 g) does no more than 150 kcal. You can prepare it in the evening and reheat it the next day when you feel hungry or pour it into a container and take it with you to work.
You can cook soup basically from anything. It can be dry or sweet, it can be warm or chilled. Most often it is made of seasonal vegetables that you just have at hand. So nowadays, onion, carrot, zucchini, pumpkin or cabbage soups reign supreme. Beetroot soup or other root vegetables will also be delicious. She will have the fewest calories, if you prepare it on vegetable broth without whiteners and starch additives.
Nutritional value
The advantage of the soup over other cooked dishes is that the vitamins and minerals that pass into the decoction will end up in your belly, not the sink. This, unfortunately, is the case with cooking vegetables as an addition to meals.
The soup will deliver large amounts potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins A, E and B vitamins. It is a source of dietary fiber, which will not only stimulate the intestines to function, but also fill the stomach. - Carrots, celery, and parsley
- A teaspoon of butter
- Dried mushroom
- Bay leaf, allspice, nutmeg
- Salt pepper
- 4 glasses of water
Cut the onion into feathers and toss it over the hot butter. Season with salt and fry for about 5 minutes over low heat. In a separate pot, add the chopped vegetables, allspice, bay leaf, and mushroom to the boil. Transfer the onion to a pot and cook for about 30 minutes. Season. You can mix it or eat it as it is.

- A small pack of lean yogurt
Crush the onion, garlic and ginger. Put the onion in hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, turmeric and cook for a minute. Toss in the diced carrots. Pour the broth and cook for about 30 minutes. Season. You can mix or serve with pieces of vegetables. Pour the soup and put a spoonful of yogurt in each bowl.
