Day twenty-fifth. What if there is no waist?

Workout – workout – workout … It’s an incredible pleasure to run to the gym almost every day. A pleasure that is truly addictive. Delays communication, mocking with the regulars of the gym. And … admiring glances of males who have just come and still cannot lift the weight that I am pulling! Slava did not deceive: we are all increasing weight, muscles are filled with volume. And this is a pleasant break after strength training … Here it is, happiness! And no other “clubs” are needed.

Sometimes new girls come to the hall. Buns, as I once did, or vice versa – thin ones, which don’t even need to lose weight, swing your ass and cubes. And so sadly they crawl along the path, with flour on their face they climb into the simulators, they do something there it is not clear how … I just want to come up and shake them well! Girls! Well, this is your body! If you’re here, you clearly want to make it look better! Why, then, this universal grief and lazy waving dumbbells … After all, it is such an incredible thrill to have a strong and flexible body, to see how jeans fit more and more tightly on the butt every day, and soon you can put a second fist in your waist! Play your muscles, performing a simple load like removing a folder from the top shelf of a closet … Admiring yourself in the mirror in your underwear … Do not sigh, but admire! Of course, I am still far from the body of my dreams, but how inspired I am by the first results! And thanks to Slava for that! A year and a half of aimless waving hands and feet in the gym and chatting with girlfriends with the confidence that “I don’t need a coach, I watched the video”, and a month that changed everything! Smile, girls! Beautiful bodies are made here!

A new one came to the hall today. So all in itself, in headphones. Judging by the “outfit” – a pro. No rookie Demix or ostentatious gray-brown-raspberry mix from Adidas and Reebok. And I went to swing my back on a deadlift in an incline. To swing … Almost by its own weight. And what a back she has!

I have heard many times that when the waist is not expressed, the back and buttocks are swayed. I thought it was stupid. But this thin, but muscular girl, definitely not owning the waist by nature, had it. And from her back, drawn in an open T-shirt, I could not take my eyes off. No folds or protruding bones, one solid relief. Glory!!! What have we been doing with the back all this time ???

I honestly could not tear off the platform for traction with forty kilograms. But the beautiful triangular back of the stranger was deposited in my mind. However, Slava is relentless. “You never shook your back, but you want weight right away. The back is not a priest, they will just take it out of the hall. Do not drive weight! Work base! ” And I pull blocks in a slope with a modest weight. But, although my back is still far from ideal, I have developed a posture that costs me nothing to maintain. And this is great! And dresses with an open back are still ahead.

Day thirtieth. How to leave a doctor happy

In finding an ideal figure, the main thing is the desire to find it.

In complete impatience I fly to a fitness diagnostician. She even came running before her recording. How I want to see the analyzer readings! They measure me, question me, put me on the coveted apparatus … And the weight has hardly changed. But this cannot be! I see changes in my figure! Barely holding back tears, the machine beeps … And gives out 27% of adipose tissue. Instead of 35,5% at the start of the program! Wow!

While I scream, jump and screech in the office, the doctor makes adjustments to the diet and praises me. But the weight stands still! “In fact, you have lost almost 6 kilograms of fat,” says Alexandra. – And I have built up the same amount of muscles. The muscles are heavier, the volumes have decreased – but the weight is still the same. But this weight is of a completely different quality! ” I left the excess of adipose tissue and am flying at full steam to harmony! Hooray!!!
