Perfect Body School #Sekta

The Saratov branch of the “#SEKTA School of the Ideal Body” celebrated its one-year anniversary on March 1. During this time, hundreds of Saratov residents were able to lose weight and believe in themselves. The school’s curator Anna Markelova tells how they do it:

“During this year we met a lot of cool people, with real fighters, with those who were not afraid to change their lives and their habits. #SEKTA was originally a ticket to a new world for me, and now it is an integral part of my life. “Sectarian” rituals gradually entered my life: a glass of water upon waking up, morning work, meaningful nutrition throughout the day, evening workouts in the circle of a cool team, a contrast shower, a brush and much more. Without all this, I can no longer imagine myself!

It is often asked why our course takes exactly nine weeks. What do we give in such a short time that people are so radically transformed? #SEKTA is not a weight loss program, but a set of tools for the gradual transition to new habits. This is not only stories about the structure of the body, recommendations on nutrition and awesome, exciting workouts, but also a set of tools to make your “sectarian” path more comfortable. An atmosphere of trust, warmth and openness are the most valuable aspects of our communication.

Most people are afraid that #SEKTA will eat little or severely limit their food choices. This is absolutely not the case. From what is now presented among food products, we choose the most natural, natural, healthy, nutritious. Healthy food is not tasteless, low-calorie food. Quite the opposite – it is a wide variety of products, dishes and their combination.

Our experience shows that by giving up salt, sugar, colorful sauces and fruits, you calm your taste buds and start to taste natural foods. This is a very important part of the course – “zeroing” perception and giving a chance for simple food to hit your table more often. New habits are not born from scratch. We work a lot and thoughtfully with you, analyze and find a comfortable regime for everyone.

Diversity in everything is important for us: in nutrition, in exercise, in music. Sport in any of its forms is cool. Therefore, in addition to classes in the hall and open lectures, we conduct trainings at stadiums, in a forest park and on the embankment. In winter we go skiing in the forest, in summer we organize joint cycling and rollerblading. In addition, our Saratov branch took part in the Restaurateur’s Day, where we presented several dishes according to #SEKTAFOOD recipes. It was very cool and fun!

Each new week provides an opportunity to discover something new: whether it be unexpected products, taste combinations, a challenging workout or massage with a natural bristle brush. You can learn to take pride in every day. Enjoy any victory, even a small one. And in the end, come to your own conclusions, adjusting the system for yourself. You gain invaluable experience, learn to hear yourself, correctly understand the signals of your body and, most importantly, love yourself! “
