Description

Sweet bell pepper “Yellow bison” refers to early ripe varieties. The ripening period is 85-100 days after sowing the seeds in the soil. The yield is high, the fruits are large. The weight of a mature vegetable reaches 200 grams. Bushes are tall. The length of the main stem ranges from 90 to 100 cm.

Advice! Before planting seedlings in a greenhouse, one should take into account its height and provide for the possibility of mounting a structure designed to support a bush or its garter in the place where the Bizon variety is grown.

The plant in the ripening period, from the bottom of the leaves to the very top, is densely strewn with glossy bright yellow peppercorns. The pulp of a ripe fruit is juicy, the walls are from 4 to 5 mm thick.

In cooking, this variety of pepper has a wide range of uses. From it you can cook vegetable salads, fry, stew and even stuff. Due to its versatility, “Bizon” rightfully takes pride of place not only on the dining table, but also on vegetable growers’ plots.

Features of cultivation and care

Pepper “Bizon” is sown for seedlings at the end of February. Plants are placed in the ground at the end of May. In the southern regions, the variety is suitable for growing in open ground, in the central and more northern regions – in a greenhouse. Pepper “Bizon” began to grow on its site relatively recently. At first I was a little shocked by the size of the bush and the vegetable itself, but then, I fully felt all its advantages. The yield is high. Taste is excellent. The only inconvenience is high bushes, but this is not critical if all the nuances are foreseen before planting the seedlings in the greenhouse.
