Irina Ceplova, fitness instructor, choreographer (hip-hop)
For me personally, dance is therapy! And the most effective
Age 27 years
Marital status: Single
First dance … at the night disco for high school students
Career: in the 10th grade, a friend almost forcibly dragged me into the shaping room, although at school I almost did not attend physical education classes for health reasons. At the age of 18 I started working as a dancer, and not only dancing in front of a mirror in a choreographic hall, which I had been doing for 5 years by that time. A little later, she received her education in the specialty “coach-social activist in shaping” at the faculty of additional pedagogical professions at PSPU and, having recruited a group of high school girls who want to acquire model parameters, began her career as a fitness instructor. At about 20 years old, I accidentally came across an advertising leaflet for the S-dance school, and with it hip-hop burst into life … The black-yellow-white piece of paper turned out to be fateful. Hip-hop I continue to be “sick” to this day. I attended trainings with inexhaustible enthusiasm, worked out, getting incredible pleasure from it, leaving my last strength in the gym, and I also dreamed of hip-hop bundles! Having received my diploma, I began to “search for myself”. Like a blind kitten, I “poked” into different areas of activity, but everything turned out to be as simple as possible. “Healthy lifestyle and thoughts”, “movement”, “dancing”, “sports” – with these keywords I opened my children’s hip-hop studio in Zarechny, and a year later – a fitness group for adults. Fitness seminars, master classes in Moscow and Penza, open lessons and express refresher courses – I go through all this on a regular basis. It is necessary and important for any specialty.
For me, dance is … feeling! It cannot be conveyed in words … These are vivid emotions that you express through your movements to the viewer. And for me personally, dance is therapy! And the most effective one.
Advice for beginner dancers: Once a girl came to my group who absolutely “showed no signs of life” in relation to the dance. She was physically weak, absolutely inflexible, confusing left and right, but with a great desire to learn how to dance and become the best. Six months later, she sat down on a split, and she began to memorize dance cords better than anyone in the group. This is what I say to my students: “If you decided to start hip-hop, please be patient, and also a fair amount of stubbornness, hard work and perseverance.” This is how they grow before my eyes.
How dancing helps you in life: dancing, a healthy lifestyle, sports help me live. There is no other way to put it.
Where can I meet you: all my works can be viewed on the VKontakte page (Irina Tseplova) and on TV-Express every morning from 6:00 to 9:00. Dance, do sports, love life, and you will definitely be healthy!

For me, dance is a way of life, it is a state of my soul …
Age 27 years
Marital status: Single
Style: Belly dance
My first dance … For the first time I performed belly dance to the general public at the age of 15. This happened at one of the sites in our city. There was a combined concert of young Penza bands. For me, a very young girl, for the first time to be alone with the viewer was very exciting. And at the same time, these are unforgettable sensations that still live in my memory. The audience was very supportive then, and on the whole my first performance was successful.
Career: belly dancing fascinated me when I was 13 years old. This is the countdown moment, this is the submission of my life to belly dancing. All events took place in parallel: my professional growth in belly dancing, and my becoming a choreographer, and the creation of my own school. Belly dancing has never been my hobby, it immediately became my element.
For me, dance is … a way of life, this is the state of my soul, this is a storm of emotions, this is a positive energy that I want to share with others.
Advice for beginner dancers: my task as a teacher is to find an approach and reveal talent in every girl who chooses belly dancing. There are many components – this is a scrupulous study of the elements, working out the ligaments, thorough work on the performances. Much attention is paid to emotional presentation, acting and understanding of oriental culture and belly dancing as an art.
How dancing helps you in life: besides the fact that belly dancing is my main field of activity and profession, it enriches my life with new events. This is constant acquaintance with interesting people, this is recognition and love of the viewer. The efforts and dedication of my students are my inspiration, these are my ideas for further productions.

I can’t imagine life without dancing, yes, and they are in my blood, because I’m half Cuban
Age 29 years
Style: sports ballroom dancing, social pair dancing
My first dance … my mother told me about the first dance. When I was small, I danced lambada in the arena. Well, the first stage dance was in kindergarten, I played the role of a dancing squirrel.
Career: I started with sports ballroom dancing (SBT), but I had to quit them at the insistence of my parents. Either school or dancing. But I really wanted to dance! I tried myself in folk, modern dances and even engaged in breaks. For a long time she studied oriental belly dance herself and even taught for a short time. Then my soul could not stand it and returned to the SBT! My joy knew no bounds! Trainings, performances, began to throw parties. In parallel, she began to work in the club as a go-go dancer. I have made many wonderful friends. One fine day salsa came to our city! And from that moment on, my life changed. Now I live it! I teach, dance, go to festivals! I recently gave birth to a baby, and all the time until the birth, I continued to dance and teach! And yes, another achievement. I just recently became a licensed Zumba (R) instructor.
Dance for me has always been something special! In it I can express the state of my soul, my emotions, joy and sadness! My magic wand, my assistant. I can’t imagine life without dancing, and they are in my blood, because I’m half Cuban.
Advice for beginner dancers: first of all, don’t be afraid and don’t worry that you’ve never danced! Relax and smile! Dancing is something that will allow you to escape from the gray everyday life, from worries. Believe me, if you can walk, then learn to dance too!
How dancing helps you in life: by the way, my advice to young mothers! First, if you are pregnant, keep dancing and doing fitness! This is good for you and your child (of course, if there are no serious contraindications, consult your doctor). And secondly, be sure to come to dance after giving birth !!! It lifts the mood, strengthens the body and relieves depression.

The body is dancing, the soul is dancing, and even thoughts are dancing …
Age 24 years
Marital status: married
Style: pop dance, modern choreography
My first dance was performed by me in an attempt to attract the attention of the boy Kolya at a matinee in kindergarten. It was then that I believed in myself and learned the magic of dance art.
Career: 1995-2009 – danced in the folk choreographic ensemble “Kabluchok”. As part of the ensemble, she won all-Russian and international festivals in Turkey, Hungary, Kazan, Samara, Togliatti, etc. 2008 – the first staged work. And from 2009 to the present – the head of the dance studio A’DELIS. Our team is a laureate and winner of the Grand Prix of all-Russian and international competitions and festivals in Moscow, Chelyabinsk, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Bulgaria, etc. The total number of performances today is about 50. I am a participant in numerous master classes and seminars on jazz modern, contemporary, jazz-funk. From 2014 to the present, she is a student at the Institute of Arts of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise, specialty “head of a choreographic group.”
For me, dance is what all my thoughts and time are doing.
Advice for beginner dancers: love yourself in dance and dance in yourself. And never give up.
How dancing helps you in life: dancing is the most powerful cure for illness, depression and other essential and non-essential problems.
Where can I meet you: dance studio A’DELIS: Penza State University of Architecture and Construction, st. Belyaeva, 12a.

If you are on a trolleybus and see a girl dancing at a bus stop, it’s most likely me.
Age 22 years
Marital status: Single
Style: hip hop
My first dance … I started dancing from the 1st grade. These were pop dances, and the first of them was the “Surprise” dance (white T-shirts, skirts, golfs – everything as it should be) at one of the regular concerts at the school. It was very scary, but it seems to me that I have never even been wrong.
Career: All my school years (except for one year when I got stuck and I went to ride BMX) I was engaged in dancing. At first it was pop dances, but then something modern. When I was in the 7th grade, our leader went on maternity leave, and somehow it happened that I staged the dance with those girls who stayed (mostly classmates and girls from parallel classes). And so on until the end of the 11th grade. I put on and we danced. But when I entered the university, in fact, I was not in any collective. And then the first “Student Spring” – a girl from the 5th year recruits dancers to participate in the number. Style is hip-hop. Give, I think I’ll try. And I tried it – and it worked. Then, in my 2nd year, I got into A’DELIS, and six months later I became a coach myself and began to choreography. Probably, it was at this moment that my “professional” development began.
For me, dance is … a way to truly reveal your emotions, to say everything that you cannot say out loud, to convey some idea to the viewer.
Advice for beginner dancers: listen to as much music as possible and never hesitate to dance! No matter how you move. This is already a dance (kind of, of course, so be it). In my classes, of course, I will teach you how to hear music, I will help you hear different variations of the same composition. I will help you to reveal yourself and find your place in this art form.
How dancing helps you in life: this is almost the meaning of my life. I dance anytime, anywhere. It helps to relax. I found myself, I can express all the emotions that I feel inside. One of the most important advantages is that I have a huge number of people close in spirit, my friends, with whom I spend time not only at dances. I am not talking about a figure and a healthy lifestyle – this is natural!
Where can I meet you: at the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction. Classes are practically every evening (although now, due to studies, training is not held so often). I am also a trainer of the Zismo dance school, where I train on Mondays and Thursdays. In general, if you are traveling in a trolleybus and see a girl dancing at a bus stop, most likely it is me. Well, or one of my dancer friends.

Dance for yourself. If someone understands – well, if not – it doesn’t matter, keep doing what you love
Age 27 years
Marital status: Single
Style: ballroom dancing, club latina, salsa, wedding dance staging.
My first dance … Since childhood, she has bored her relatives and friends with her concerts. At the age of 4 she came to practice ballroom dancing and never parted with them.
Career: she was always serious about dancing! You can skip school, not go to your birthday, but skip workout in any case! Dancing was initially not a hobby for me, but a serious sport with trainings, camps and tournaments.
For me, dance is … everything, my second self. Dance can express what cannot be said … Show your character, your emotions! Be different all the time, depending on your mood! For me, this is the very thing, beloved, from which, even if I really want to, I cannot get out of the habit.
Advice for beginner dancers: The most important advice is not to be afraid! It’s never too late to learn to dance: be you 10 or 70! The main thing is to overcome fears and make up your mind. Start small, that is, with the usual huge desire … Set a goal: get acquainted with dance directions, watch video lessons on the Internet, go for a couple of classes and find your own. Having started learning, be prepared for the fact that more than once you will want to give up everything. Fears of ignorance and inability, frustration due to the fact that not everything works out, will reappear. Believe me, it will work, just not all at once. Master the dance gradually. Perceive all your mistakes with a smile and a positive: it didn’t work out now – it will come out tomorrow! And if the teacher makes a comment, do not try to go to a secluded corner and lower your head. Watch your every little accomplishment and praise yourself. Dancing will help you overcome the barrier in communicating with unfamiliar people and find new friends. You will open yourself to the other side. It will surprise you that you can be so graceful and beautiful. You will find the perfect option for active leisure time with health benefits.
How dancing helps you in life: dances help not only to maintain a figure and be in shape, but also give a charge of vigor and good mood. And also a lot of new and pleasant acquaintances.

I don’t try to please everyone, the main thing is that people from my training come out with new dance skills
Age 21 year
Marital status: Single
Style: strip plastic, ladystyle
My first dance I remember very well. It was a kindergarten matinee. A variety of bunnies and squirrels and I am in a matryoshka costume, which my mother sewed from my grandmother’s scarf the day before. I diligently worked out the steps I had learned, and it was at that moment that my mother decided that I absolutely needed to connect my life with dancing, for which I am very grateful to her.
Career: I started to practice club dances in 2009, studied in Penza and Rostov-on-Don. At first it was difficult to reorganize to modern dances from the beloved folk, but very interesting! Gradually it got better and better, and one day I realized that I wanted to make dancing something more than just a hobby. In 2011, I completed my studies as a choreographer. She was the leader of an amateur dance group. And in 2012 she began teaching at UNI-GYM. I believe that you cannot stand still, you need to improve and move forward. I regularly attend various master classes, now I am undergoing professional retraining of a teacher-choreographer.
For me, dance is life’s work is gambling and exciting. I don’t try to please everyone, the main thing is that people from my training come out with new dance skills.
Advice for beginner dancers: give yourself up to the dance.
How dancing helps you in life: dance creates a special woman with incredible alluring power. You look and cannot believe, everything in it is perfect: hand movements, head turn, gait, gaze with drag. And as soon as she flaps her hair, the air around begins to melt.

Dancing is a big part of my life, no matter how trite it may sound
Age 18 years
Marital status: Single
Style: sports ballroom dancing, recently social dance
My first dance … I don’t even remember when I performed my first dance. Probably in kindergarten, because I’ve been dancing for almost 13 years. I don’t remember how it was either, but, in my opinion, it was a “goldfish” dance.
Career: dancing from a hobby began to develop into something more, when my partner and I began to actively participate in tournaments, a rather active “career growth” began, which delighted us, our parents and, of course, the coaches. We studied in the team of Vladimir Leonidovich and Alevtina Arestovna Balandin. We trained under their direct supervision, and Sergei Anatolyevich Solntsev also trained with us. Coaches from other cities were often invited to our dance club, whose seminars we attended with pleasure.
For me, dance is most of my life, no matter how trite it may sound. This is a way of self-expression, transposition of your own emotions and feelings, expressing them in a visual form.
Advice for beginner dancers: dance for yourself, for the soul, dance as you feel – this is the main thing, the technique will “arrive”.
How dancing helps you in life: dancing is an aesthetic pleasure, it is an art, but it also helps to keep oneself in good physical shape, helps to distract from everyday life and to express oneself.

Career: I have been dancing through life since childhood. First, the gymnastics school, then the pop dance groups, the education of the head of the pop group, she herself did not notice how she began to teach. And now I never stop studying, I am constantly improving my choreography with refresher courses, seminars and master classes.

For me, dance is my spirituality, my religion
Age 23 years
Marital status: Single
Style: oriental dances, strip plastic
My first dance: as now I remember the emotions from my first “minute of glory”. I was only 4 years old then. It was an incredible fear of the audience, standing behind the scenes with trembling knees, I was waiting for the words “And now the Iskorka collective is coming out. Thoughts at that moment were spinning like a spindle in my head, but as soon as I entered the stage, all my feelings immediately disappeared. Everything went great. Now, before each stage, I am just as worried, but it’s worth it.
Career: dancing has always been an integral part of my life. At the age of 14, I wanted to change direction and decided to go to oriental dances. I was incredibly fascinated by this style, and I realized that it would not end just like that. When I was 17 years old, I was invited to the courses of choreographers, where they taught exactly how to teach. I returned to the barn, since it is the classical choreography that can completely “fill the dance”. For about four years I rented a hall and taught classes, and then I was invited to work at the UNIDANCE dance school, where I am to this day.
Dance for me – this is my spirituality, my religion. It is difficult to explain this in more detail in words. Better to dance and explain.
Advice for beginner dancers: the most important thing is not to be afraid and believe in yourself. Do not be angry if something does not work out, some time will pass and together with you we will overcome all difficulties and plunge headlong into the wonderful world of dance.
How dancing helps you in life: when you dance, you become more self-confident, your gait changes, your mood improves. Trust me, you will find many more reasons to smile. You can talk indefinitely about the health benefits, but, probably, everyone already knows about it.
