Fried shrimp in soy sauce
This recipe can be used to cook any shrimp. But the most delicious are royal or tiger ones.

- 200 ml of soy garlic sauce;
- 1 lemon;
- 200 g butter;
- 100 g pitted olives;
- lime;
- salt to taste.
If you are using frozen shrimp, thaw them first at room temperature or in cold water. Then wash and pat dry on a paper towel. Place in a deep bowl and cover with soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After the allotted time, melt the butter in a pan and fry the pickled shrimps in it for 4 minutes over high heat. Season with salt to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice, stir, cover and simmer for another 2 minutes, using very low heat.
Put the finished king prawns on a dish. Garnish with lime wedges, parsley sprigs and olives. Drizzle over the remaining sauce in the skillet and serve as a snack or side dish.
