Method of preparation

Boil semolina in milk, add yolk, margarine, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins, nuts, whipped protein. Place a layer of prepared porridge in a special form, lay a layer of pears cut into small pieces on it. Make several layers. Bake in the oven or in the Russian oven.
