If you like alcohol-beating alcohol, we recommend that you immediately start preparing the peach liqueur. This drink, which has a stunning aroma and exquisite taste, is able to brighten up even the most dull autumn evenings.
The main thing is that the fruits are ripe and fragrant, and the alcohol base (in most cases, neutral alcohol: vodka or a 45-degree water-alcohol solution) is of high quality.
They also cook from peach: wine, liquors and tinctures, schnapps, syrup
A simple peach liqueur recipe
Pay special attention to the method of peeling the fruit. It will help you in most of the recipes below.
List of ingredients
Peaches – 1 kg
Neutral alcohol (vodka / alcohol) – 1 l
Water – 1-1,5 l
Sugars – 350 g
Cinnamon (optional) – 1 stick
Star anise (optional) – 1 piece
Method of preparation
Peaches free from pits and pour for 2-3 minutes with a liter or one and a half liters of boiling water. Then, pour the boiling water into a free, clean container and cool the fruits in cold water, which will make it easy to peel them off with a kitchen knife.
Turn the peeled fruits into mashed potatoes using a blender or a regular crush.
Pour 200 g of previously used boiling water into a saucepan, put it on the fire, pour sugar there and boil a simple syrup (all the remaining water can be poured out).
Cool the syrup to room temperature and pour it into the fruit mass.
Squeeze the resulting substance firmly through cheesecloth into a glass jar, then add alcohol and spices to the same container.
Close the jar tightly, shake well and put for a couple of weeks in a dark, warm place.
After the specified period, strain the liquid twice through a dense filter, pour into a clean glass container, close it tightly and return it for another 7-10 days in a dark warm room (if the future drink seems not sweet enough or too strong, you can first add more some syrup).
If necessary, filter the finished liqueur, bottle it and store it in a dark (preferably cool) place.
Peach liqueur with kernels
To give the drink a more almond flavor, you can add a dozen apricot kernels to the list of ingredients.
List of ingredients
Peaches – 700-800 g
Neutral alcohol (vodka / alcohol) – 500 ml
Water – 200 ml
Sugars – 200 g
Method of preparation
Remove the skin from the fruit (see recipe # 1).
Cut the peaches in half, remove the seeds and use a hammer or nutcracker to remove the kernels.
Pour boiling water over the kernels for a couple of minutes and free them from the top cover (when using apricot kernels, do the same with them).
Cut the halves of the peaches into medium-sized slices, put them in a jar, add the nucleoli and pour all this with alcohol (the alcohol should completely cover the rest of the container).
Leave a tightly closed container for 15 days in a dark, warm place.
After the specified period, prepare a simple syrup from water and sugar.
While the syrup cools down to room temperature, strain the liquid in the jar and squeeze the pulp into it (the remaining peach pomace can either be eaten or used for a pastry layer).
Mix the peach infusion with the cooled syrup, pour into a clean container, close it again and keep it in a cool dark place for a week.
Before bottling, the drink, if desired, can be run through the filter again.
Cocktail peach liqueur with zest
They say that this drink is simply created for the preparation of the legendary Sex on the Beach cocktail.
List of ingredients
Peaches – 800 g
Neutral alcohol (vodka / alcohol) – 300 ml
Ordinary brandy or cognac – 200 ml

Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Cut the washed, unskinned peaches in half and remove the pits.
Cut the fruit into thin slices, put in a jar, then add whole seeds and dedra there.
Make a simple syrup from sugar and water.
Allow the solution to cool, then add it to the fruit and zest.
Fill the jar to the brim with alcohol, close it tightly, shake well and send for a month in a cool dark room.
Next, strain the liquid through a thick gauze, squeeze the pulp into it well and return it closed to its original place.
After two weeks, drain the finished drink from the sediment, if necessary, pass it through the filter again, pour it into bottles and seal them tightly.

A little practical advice
If the assortment of peach liqueurs offered by us seems insufficient to you, we recommend that you open our article on similar drinks made from apricots.
One has only to replace the orange fruits with their velvety relatives (at the rate of 750 g of peaches instead of 1 kg of apricots) and you will receive an additional batch of original recipes for dessert peach alcohol.
At the same time, we leave the issue of peeling peaches from the skin to your discretion.
