Pour cold water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add salt and add pasta. Mix well. For every 100 grams of pasta, it is recommended to take 2 glasses of water and 5 grams or half a teaspoon of salt. Depending on the type and variety of pasta, it is boiled for 15 to 30 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, peel the onion and chop finely. Grate washed and peeled carrots. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry the carrots and onions in it.
