Pasta with mushrooms and zucchini
Ingredients:
- For this mushroom pasta recipe you will need: 400 g of pasta, 300 g of wild mushrooms (honey agaric, mushrooms, chanterelles), 2 zucchini, 2 cloves of garlic, 150 ml of water in which the pasta was cooked, 100 ml of pesto sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper – to taste, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil for frying.
- To apply: 50 g parmesan, a small bunch of basil.

Wash, dry and clean the mushrooms, cut the large ones into 4 parts, leave the small ones whole. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Crush the peeled garlic with the flat side of a knife.
To make the pasta with mushrooms delicious, you need to fry the garlic in heated olive oil for 5 minutes until golden brown, remove from the pan. Add zucchini and mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Drain in a colander, reserving the water.
Add pesto sauce and 150 ml of broth to the pan with mushrooms and zucchini, mix. Combine the resulting mixture with the paste, mix. Sprinkle the pasta with mushrooms prepared according to this recipe with grated parmesan and finely chopped basil when serving.
Pasta risottiron with mushrooms
Ingredients:
150 g rice paste, 1/2 red onion, 125 g boiled mushrooms, 50 ml dry white wine, 500 ml vegetable broth, 4 tsp. parmesan, salt to taste, olive oil for frying
Preparation:
Before cooking pasta with mushrooms, you need to peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Fry until translucent in a little hot olive oil.
Add mushrooms, fry for 2 more minutes.
Pour the pasta into the pan, fry until all the oil is absorbed.
Pour in dry white wine, simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Pour in the vegetable broth in several batches, and cook the rice until al dente.
Sprinkle the pasta with mushrooms prepared according to this recipe with grated parmesan, salt and mix.

Spaghetti, rigatoni and linguine with mushrooms
Spaghetti with boletus and bacon
Ingredients:
300 g spaghetti, 500 g mushrooms, 120 g Parma ham or smoked bacon, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, 3 tbsp. l. olive oil for frying. To serve 50 g parmesan, a small bunch of parsley.

Before cooking spaghetti with mushrooms, you need to cut the peeled onion into half rings, peeled garlic and Parma ham into thin slices. Wash, dry and clean the mushrooms, cut into large slices.
Sauté the onion and garlic in hot olive oil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add ham, fry over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Put the mushrooms, fry for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain the water.
Put the spaghetti on portioned plates, top with the contents of the pan, pepper.
Cut the cheese into thin slices, finely chop the parsley.

Rigatoni with porcini mushrooms in creamy sauce
Ingredients:
50 g rigatoni, 140 g porcini mushrooms, 1 onion, 200 ml cream 33% fat, 1,5 tbsp. l. with a slide of grated parmesan, 1-2 tbsp. l. water in which the pasta was boiled, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, olive oil for frying.
Preparation:
Cook rigatoni in boiling salted water according to package directions. Save the decoction.
Chop the peeled onion into small cubes. Wash, dry and clean the porcini mushrooms, coarsely chop. Fry both ingredients in hot olive oil over high heat for about 1,5 minutes.
Add pasta to the pan, pour 1-2 tbsp. l. water in which the pasta was cooked. Pepper, mix.
Add cream, boil until thickened (avoid boiling).
Remove pasta from heat, sprinkle with grated cheese, stir and serve immediately.
Linguine with dried mushrooms, nuts and spinach
Ingredients:
150 g linguine, 100 g peeled walnuts, 70 g dried porcini mushrooms, 100 g fresh spinach, 150 ml cream 33% fat, salt to taste, olive oil for frying. To serve: a few sprigs of parsley.
Preparation:
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente, drain.
Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 1 hour. Squeeze out excess liquid, finely chop.
Chop the walnuts with a knife or chop with a blender, being careful not to turn into flour.
Fry mushrooms and nuts in hot olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Add spinach coarsely torn by hand (2/3 of the total), warm up. Pour in the cream, reduce to 1/3 of the volume.
Put cooked pasta into the pan, heat for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors and aromas, add the remaining spinach. When serving, decorate the finished dish with parsley petals.

Ingredients:
To prepare pasta with mushrooms, you will need: 250 g of boiled pasta, 500 g of fresh mushrooms, 50 g of butter, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 1 glass of milk, salt to taste.
Preparation:
Mushrooms clean, wash, boil, cut into slices and fry in a pan with fat and chopped onion until tender. Divide cooked pasta into two parts.
Lay one part in a layer in a deep, oiled pan, put mushrooms and onions on it, put the remaining pasta in an even layer on top. Beat eggs until foamy, mix them with milk, salt and pour pasta with mushrooms with this mixture. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Mushrooms with pasta
Ingredients:
50 g dried mushrooms, 2 cups pasta, 2 onions, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground crackers, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream, salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Before cooking pasta, mushrooms must be washed, soaked, boiled, finely chopped and fried. Add the fried onion, salt, pepper and fry together for a few more minutes.
Boil pasta or noodles, stirring in plenty of water until cooked, and put on a sieve, then mix them with mushrooms. Put the mass on a baking sheet, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, pour the mixture of eggs with sour cream and bake in the oven until golden brown. In the pasta with mushrooms prepared according to this recipe, you can add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sautéed tomato.
Pasta (noodles) with dry mushrooms
Preparation:
Boil pasta or noodles, drain in a colander. Soak dried mushrooms for 2-3 hours, put in a colander, finely chop and fry in oil. Separately, fry the chopped onion, mix the fried onions and fried mushrooms, add salt (if desired, crushed pepper). Add a raw egg to pasta or noodles and place in an even layer in a frying pan, greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Put mushroom stuffing on a layer of pasta or noodles and cover with the remaining pasta or noodles, sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Boiled pasta with mushrooms
Ingredients:
300 g pasta, 40 g dried porcini mushrooms, 120 g onions, 60 ml sunflower oil.
Preparation:
Sauté the chopped onion in sunflower oil, add the mushrooms, pre-cooked and chopped in the form of noodles, and continue to sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Mix mushrooms and onions with hot boiled pasta.
When serving, pour pasta with a small amount of strong mushroom broth.
